Campus Mysteries was an ARG run in the summer of 2010 at U of A. There were three versions of the game, one in which players used a smart phone and Layar to capture point of interest (like with fAR-Play), one in which players used a smart phone to scan QR tags (Also like fAR-Play) and one using paper clues.

Regardless of version, in Campus Mysteries teams raced to collect clues around the campus. Each of a number of buildings had clues digitally or physically placed and teams had to answer trivia questions about the university’s history to advance from clue to clue. The first team to the finish won.
